We are now looking for a Maintenance Mechanic

We are now looking for a maintenance mechanic for our industrial operations in Stora Levene. You will be an important part of the maintenance team and responsible for ensuring that our production facility and its machines maintain high availability, quality, and safety. The work is varied and takes place in close collaboration with production and technical staff.

Responsibilities

Preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machines and production equipment
Troubleshooting, repair, and adjustment of mechanical systems
Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment
Participate in installations, renovations, and improvement projects
Documentation in maintenance systems
Contribute to improved operational reliability and efficiency in production
Working hours: Daytime or shift work, as agreed

Have you previously worked with production or machinery? – Definitely an advantage!

Are you a driven and positive person who takes initiative and is a good team player? – Fantastic!

Requirements

Technical education in mechanics/industrial maintenance or equivalent experience
Experience in maintenance work within manufacturing or process industry
Good understanding of mechanical systems and machine construction
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written

You are a person who identifies with qualities such as responsibility, teamwork, and initiative. You understand the importance of working efficiently without compromising quality. Furthermore, you enjoy working towards both short-term and long-term goals.

Meritorious

Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, or warehouse technology
Experience in preventive maintenance and improvement work
Basic knowledge of electricity or automation
